I've been a coach for four years now and in that time, I've had the honor of working with over 600 clients, helping them achieve dramatic changes in not only their physical appearance and health, but their personal lives. Here's a small list of some of the more outstanding results

  • A client came to me with scoliosis, and a herniated disk in her cervical spine. This herniation caused massive bouts of vertigo for seven years, making life miserable. Being knowledgeable of the spine, and corrective exercise techniques, I was able to help correct the herniation and the vertigo subsided. Then I used my knowledge of psychology to design a program to combat the fears associated with movement, which used to cause the vertigo. Within 18 months, this client was not only climbing stairs without fear, she was box jumping 24" easily.
  • I had one client that was just starting the painful process of divorce. On top of being a full time employee, she also had three children. Following my program, she was not only able to lose 35lbs and 13" off her waist in just 3 months, she also gained the massive amount of confidence to persevered through the divorce, and to start dating again!
  • I had one client who was struggling to maintain weight loss. I was able to discover that he had such an analytic mindset in life, and most workout programs only look at the workouts themselves.  We put together a complex program that most people would be scared of, including meal timing, a sleep regiment, and even meditation. He took it and ran! He lost 13 lbs in the first 10 days alone!
  • My most challenging and rewarding clients have Multiple Sclerosis. I've had the privilege to work with three over the years, but one in particular stands out, as her case is progressive. I researched exhaustively to understand the disease, and combined that knowledge with nutrition and workouts tailored to her situation. I'm proud to say that even after two years, she is not only not getting worse, but continues to fight daily to restore the function of her legs successfully.

Over the years, I've grown as a person and trainer, and I've learned that the formula for success in any area is simple. Personalized programs, and empathy. In my practice, I bring those two ingredients together consistently to deliver consistent results.
